Description

You will be the boots-on-the ground for engineering and product teams, capturing field data, testing equipment, troubleshooting problems, and supporting agronomic trials. The role involves extensive travel and hands-on work with smart agricultural machinery, helping to develop innovative solutions for farmers.

Requirements

• Farming and agricultural background and knowledge
• Experience working with and safely operating large agricultural machinery
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors
• Safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Field data collection for projects, including scheduling site visits with growers
• Provide in-field engineering support: data collection, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting product aspects
• Interface with product management and engineering to understand customer needs
• Perform hands-on setup, maintenance, testing, and customization per engineering test requirements
• Track and manage recurring issues from problem identification to resolution
