💼 About This Role

You'll drive senior leader engagement for the Army's Next Generation Command Control (NGC2) program, ensuring organizational readiness and rapid fielding. You'll translate complex technical principles into compelling operational outcomes for military commanders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive top-down NGC2 engagement with Corps and Division Commanders
• Validate and redefine delivery assumptions for Army formations
• Cultivate senior leader advocacy and institutional adoption of NGC2
• Develop mid-term product roadmaps based on operational priorities

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience working with DoD and Intelligence Community
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements
• Active U.S. Secret clearance

• Graduate of Command and Staff or War College
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field
• Prior military command experience at Battalion or Brigade level
