💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily Accounts Payable operations and month-end accounting close for a leading AI contracting platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation. This role offers exposure to Payroll processing and equity ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process new supplier onboarding requests through activation
• Process PO-matched and non-PO matched invoices
• Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
• Support payroll processing as needed

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years AP or accounting experience
• Coupa experience including SIM
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Experience with month-end AP close process

• BA/BS degree in accounting
• Track record of driving automation
