🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess employee training needs with management and SMEs
• Design engaging online courses and learning materials
• Lead projects through the ADDIE development cycle
• Collaborate with instructional designers and incorporate feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline
• Experience with complex technical content
