You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at Kind Behavioral Health, collaborating with a supportive team of BCBAs. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care through family training and supervising behavior technicians.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans
• Provide case oversight and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
• Conduct family training and parent education
• Attend team meetings and client outcome reviews

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass background and reference check
