• Experience managing teams of 150-300 people
• Strong external communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate Living-Centered Design ethos into client work
• Strategic planning and business development capabilities

Responsibilities

• Accountable for design excellence and quality across the region
• Lead regional design reviews and oversee third-party recognition and awards
• Represent firm externally at events and conferences (3-5 annually)
• Lead design presentations and communicate client goals
• Nurture and mentor design teams, recruit senior design leaders
