You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, manage renewals, and shape the future of the AM function with autonomy and accountability.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage).
- Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales.
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities.
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows.
