You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, manage renewals, and shape the future of the AM function with autonomy and accountability.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress to close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ€“4x coverage).
  • Manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales.
  • Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities.
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows.
