💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of students with moderate/severe disabilities, delivering individualized instruction and behavior interventions. You'll collaborate with general educators and lead paraprofessionals to create inclusive classrooms where all students thrive together.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver academic, functional, and communication instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Manage IEP caseload, draft compliant IEPs, and facilitate IEP meetings
• Lead and coach paraprofessionals on accommodations and behavior supports
• Partner with families through meetings, communication, and home visits

📋 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree from accredited institution
• Valid Lifetime License or Provisional License in appropriate Cross-Categorical Endorsement
• Eligibility to obtain a 1-Year License with Stipulations and enroll in credentialing program
• At least 2 years working with children in special education or behavioral support

• Experience leading or coaching paraprofessionals
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Knowledge of special education law and inclusion practices
