Description

You will be the operational interface between the SDR team and Revenue Operations, ensuring SDRs have the right data, processes, and tools to hit pipeline targets. You'll analyze performance data, optimize workflows, and contribute to a scalable, data-driven outbound engine.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in SDR/BDR or Revenue Operations
  • Strong data understanding and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Process-oriented mindset with enjoyment in creating and scaling structures
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to implement independently
  • High affinity for sales tools and automation; knowledge of outbound cadences and sales engagement tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain SDR dashboards and KPI reporting (activity rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
  • Identify bottlenecks in SDR processes and develop scalable solutions; create and maintain playbooks, cadences, and outreach sequences
  • Ensure data quality in CRM (HubSpot) for all SDR-relevant objects and activities
  • Manage SDR tool stack (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion); evaluate new technologies and AI tools
  • Support SDR onboarding with process documentation and tool training; identify skill gaps
