💼 About This Role

You'll support the execution of key financing transactions and provide practical legal guidance across investor-facing activities at a leading AI lending marketplace. You'll work cross-functionally to scale processes for a growing set of products and funding structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support capital markets and finance teams on purchase agreements and securitizations
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with institutional investors
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel on securitization execution
• Maintain and improve transaction templates and processes for scalable execution

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in a U.S. state
• 5+ years of legal experience in structured finance, debt finance, or capital markets
• Experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements in financing contexts
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external counsel on complex transactions
