Requirements
- Ambition, drive, and genuine interest in sales
- Comfortable with KPIs, goal-oriented, resilient
- Enjoys phone calls and persuasive personality
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English
- Ideally completed training or degree, but mindset is key
Responsibilities
- Active sales: build own client base and develop market
- Candidate management: find suitable specialists and connect with companies
- KPI-based work: work with goals and grow with each challenge
- Negotiation and closing: manage entire process from acquisition to deal
- Social selling: build personal brand on LinkedIn
