💼 About This Role

You'll support healthcare revenue cycle operations through accounts receivable follow-up and claims resolution. You'll analyze claims, manage denials, and coordinate with insurance payers to ensure timely reimbursement. This role offers exposure to U.S. healthcare billing in a structured, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform AR follow-up activities via payer calls and portals
• Review claim status, denials, and EOBs to identify resolution paths
• Submit appeals, corrections, and claim resubmissions
• Monitor claim queues and meet productivity targets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in U.S. healthcare accounts receivable follow-up
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Experience with EHR systems and clearinghouse platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in U.S. healthcare BPO or revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with Waystar, Availity, Realmed, Change Healthcare, or ViaTrack
