💼 About This Role

You'll join Cohere Health's Legal team to support commercial contracting and partner with stakeholders across the company. You'll lead contract negotiations and help scale legal infrastructure for a fast-growing health tech company. This role offers exposure to AI governance and international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements
• Support the Growth team in customer negotiations
• Build and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI and data governance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts in technology
• Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset

✨ Nice to Have

• Health tech experience
• Familiarity with healthcare laws (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Exposure to cloud technologies or AI
