You'll lead a 15-20 person team driving platform architecture for Verkada's cloud security products. You'll define the vision for modularizing web and mobile codebases while managing engineering managers and tech leads. This role offers the chance to shape foundational developer experience for a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead modularization of Web (React) and Mobile (Native) codebases.
• Define future client-side stack and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Manage and mentor 15-20 engineers including leads and sub-managers.
• Own Design System and CI/CD infrastructure for quality by default.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience managing managers or leads.
• Experience leading Platform or Core teams serving internal engineers.
• Extensive experience with React on web and Native Mobile (Swift/Kotlin).
• Successfully led large-scale architectural shifts like monolith to modular.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Experience with advanced WebView integration or specialized build tooling.
