Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you'll own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise-level customers, acting as a strategic and operational partner. You'll drive adoption, retention, and growth while working across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 6+ years in digital marketing, paid social and Google platforms, ideally SaaS/MarTech/AdTech
- Experience managing enterprise-level customers with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)
- Ability to translate complex customer objectives into actionable strategies
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise-level customers across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
- Build multi-threaded relationships with client and partner stakeholders
- Drive adoption of Smartly to improve customer performance, efficiency, and retention
- Lead strategic conversations including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and growth opportunities
- Act as a key connector across Product, Engineering, Client Partners, and Creative Services
