Description
You will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process for multiple companies, lead collections efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and streamline AR operations while reporting to the CFO.
Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle AR and collections experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- QuickBooks proficiency preferred; other accounting software a plus
- Ability to manage high call/email volume
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day full-cycle AR for 5+ companies
- Make high volume of collection calls and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare delinquency notices and coordinate weekly meetings with operations
- Oversee monthly reconciliations and custom AR reports/KPIs
- Handle legal disputes and lien preparations
