💼 About This Role

You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers in our Assembly Row studio. You'll assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards. This role offers commission on top of hourly pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with ear piercing services
• Recommend and upsell jewelry and aftercare products
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory
• Process transactions and maintain customer records

📋 Requirements

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full shift
