You'll lead incident management and root cause analysis, while building AI tools to automate support tasks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain production application and blockchain infrastructure stability.
• Oversee pre-production and staging environments.
• Lead triage and root cause analysis of application alerts.
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing and monitoring improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Support mentality with strong investigation skills.
• Past experience in application support.
• Hands-on AI/LLM automation or infrastructure monitoring experience.
• Blockchain/Web3 depth with DApp deployment on Solana or EVM.
