Description

You will lead a renewals team within Customer Success, owning the renewal process from quote to signature, forecasting risk, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leaders to secure renewals and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in sales/renewals management
  • 4+ years experience with subscription software
  • Deep understanding of renewal cycle and sales processes
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model
  • Data-driven with dedication to process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of renewal specialists
  • Lead the vision and strategy of Global Renewals
  • Manage operating procedures and iterate on processes for efficiency
  • Own renewal retention forecast and report to Chief Customer Officer
  • Partner with Sales VPs and Customer Success Directors on escalated issues
