Requirements
- 6+ years experience in sales/renewals management
- 4+ years experience with subscription software
- Deep understanding of renewal cycle and sales processes
- Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model
- Data-driven with dedication to process improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of renewal specialists
- Lead the vision and strategy of Global Renewals
- Manage operating procedures and iterate on processes for efficiency
- Own renewal retention forecast and report to Chief Customer Officer
- Partner with Sales VPs and Customer Success Directors on escalated issues
