Description

You will work at the intersection of the public sector and customer experience, driving digital transformation for public organizations. Your role involves developing digital products and services from idea to implementation, shaping collaboration platforms and ecosystems for government and citizens, and supporting modernization projects at federal and state levels.

Requirements

• Practical experience in digital transformation, ideally in public sector or CX projects
• Completed degree in economics, political science, public administration, or comparable
• Interest in strategic analysis, technology implementation, and customer experience
• Understanding of public sector structures and challenges
• Very good German and English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
