You'll serve as the front line for all inbound communication from pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers, using the Rx Platform to resolve issues. Your work ensures service-level standards are met and members get the support they need. This role offers a chance to make a real impact in healthcare technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes, and web requests from pharmacies and beneficiaries.
• Provide rejection support including overrides and coverage determination status.
• Document PA request inquiries and resolution per company policies.
• Answer questions and recommend corrective services for customer complaints.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in a Pharmacy or Member Services Call Center.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Pharmacy Technician License.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in PBM, Medicare Part D, or healthcare.
