You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. Your core impact is ensuring healthy plants and smooth operations in a high-growth, purpose-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-conforming plants
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb and passion for working with plants, with experience harvesting professionally or at home
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive and professional attitude
• Sharp attention to detail ensuring quality and consistency in every task
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
