You will lead a multi-level, multi-functional ER organization to set technical and performance bars, design company-wide ER strategies including risk governance and labor-management stability, drive process improvements, and manage complex high-stakes ER issues. This is an opportunity to shape ER practices across regions and protect organizational integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field
- 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure
- Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape ER strategy across multiple geographies
- Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
