💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects for UATX, primarily in Texas or the West Coast. Your core impact is securing 7- and 8-figure gifts through strategic relationship cultivation. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment aligned with UATX's mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects and donors
• Cultivate relationships and solicit 7- and 8-figure gifts
• Travel regularly (minimum 35%) for donor engagement
• Lead planning and execution of high-level donor events

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in fundraising or equivalent
• Track record of closing major and principal gifts
• Proven ability to develop strategies for high-net-worth individuals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
