You will be the definitive Subject Matter Expert on property valuation, designing and governing the enterprise valuation strategy across all residential and commercial asset classes. Lead the transition to an analytics-led operating model by building a sophisticated risk-tiered approach, overseeing HPI models, and managing the complete valuation policy suite.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Real Estate Valuation, Housing Economics, or Collateral Risk Management
• Deep technical knowledge of HPI modeling and mastery of residential and commercial property markets
• Expert-level understanding of USPAP, Interagency Appraisal Guidelines, and AVM QC expectations
• Ability to build data-driven surveillance frameworks and manage complex model-risk environments
• Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional partnership

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME on property valuation trends and risks across residential and commercial asset classes
• Maintain deep understanding of macro/micro-economic drivers of housing and commercial markets
• Oversee HPI models and build comprehensive Housing Surveillance Framework
• Define risk tiers and set coverage rules for appraisal vs. evaluation vs. AVM
• Own and govern the complete valuation policy suite including Reconsideration of Value framework
