🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule complex candidate interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
• Serve as point of contact for hiring managers and interviewers regarding schedules
• Coordinate executive level candidate scheduling and confidential searches
• Maintain requisitions in Greenhouse and audit scheduling platform

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
• Previous experience in recruiting operations or business support
• Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience with Greenhouse and Workday ATS
• Experience with Google Docs
