💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience and training new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and help meet sales targets. This role lets you combine pop culture passion with retail management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with fandom knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
