💼 About This Role

You'll build the training foundation for ANINE BING's global Retail Excellence Program, working directly with executives and cross-functional teams to create sales training materials that define the client experience. This 8-week internship is based in Paris with regular boutique visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build deep sales training content on selling, clienteling, and conversion
• Develop service training aligned with internal and external client experience
• Create merchant mindset training for in-store teams to think like owners
• Produce train-the-trainer kits for consistent delivery across markets

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in a top-tier Business School or equivalent (Bachelor's final year or Master's)
• Strong skills in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
