💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire video experience on Cantina's social AI platform, from creation to publishing. Your work will directly shape how creators generate and share AI-driven video content. You'll collaborate with leadership to set strategy and execute hands-on to build intuitive tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own video products end-to-end, from ideation to launch.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Gather user feedback through direct creator conversations.
• Define and iterate on video creation and editing workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in video creation or editing products.
• Consumer video product expertise (CapCut, Reels, etc.).
• Startup or early-stage experience shipping major verticals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI or generative media.
• Experience with real-time video rendering or AI-driven video effects.
• Deep personal interest in video creation and storytelling.
