💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solution development for a biotech company, building scalable pipelines from data ingestion to production. This role contributes to AI governance and strategy while partnering with global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy scalable ML/GenAI solutions for business problems
• Build and maintain ML and LLM pipelines with ML Ops standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value AI use cases
• Contribute to AI governance including model documentation and risk assessment

📋 Requirements

• Master's/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field
• 5+ years hands-on experience in applied data science and ML
• Advanced proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL
• Experience with ML Ops/LLM Ops practices and regulated environments (GxP)

• Experience with large language models and GenAI technologies
• Experience with vector databases or agent frameworks
• Experience in AI platform/vendor evaluations
