You'll lead a senior team of Forward Deployed Engineers on UiPath's most strategic customer engagements, shaping technical and organizational strategy for AI and automation programs. Your core impact is driving transformative outcomes and institutionalizing delivery standards across the function. This role stands out for blending deep technical fluency, executive engagement, and organizational leadership at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier Forward Deployed Engineering talent.
• Define technical and operational strategy for AI and agentic automation programs.
• Establish reference architectures, governance models, and delivery standards.
• Shape company strategy by translating customer signals into product priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in LLM systems and AI application architecture.
• Strong technical fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven track record building and scaling customer-facing engineering functions.
