Responsibilities
- Team with Account Managers to maintain customer relationships and own success outcomes
- Create and execute prescriptive customer success plans aligned to goals and platform adoption
- Measure success through retention rate, NPS, and engagement metrics
- Support Canadian customers with French language communication
- Collaborate in Boston office two days per week
