Responsibilities

  • Team with Account Managers to maintain customer relationships and own success outcomes
  • Create and execute prescriptive customer success plans aligned to goals and platform adoption
  • Measure success through retention rate, NPS, and engagement metrics
  • Support Canadian customers with French language communication
  • Collaborate in Boston office two days per week
