💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting operations for a hyper-growth AI company, owning the close-to-reporting lifecycle and driving SOX-ready control design. You'll balance hands-on technical accounting with strategic process automation using Oracle Fusion ERP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end close and reporting cycles.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Design and implement SOX-ready processes and controls.
• Partner with Business Systems on Oracle workflows and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA required.
• Experience in pre-IPO and/or public company accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Experience implementing or operating in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Track record of driving process transformation and automation.
• Leadership experience managing teams or offshore support.
