🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy Azure AI products to customer environments securely and reliably
• Support clients through proactive communication and guidance
• Resolve complex incidents via ServiceNow as Tier 1 escalation
• Troubleshoot Azure AI platform, configuration, and integration issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Azure infrastructure in customer environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Azure cloud infrastructure
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AI-900, AI-102)
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or model deployments
• Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Bicep, or Python
