💼 About This Role

You'll lead product design for authentication and identity verification products at HYPR, championing user needs from discovery through delivery. You'll raise the design quality bar across mobile, web, and platform by partnering with product and engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to create a passwordless world and secure the identity verification lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Design user flows and information architecture to reduce friction
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for complex product areas
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and experience guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for mobile, browser, portals, and client applications
• Superior skills with Figma, Aha!, and Confluence
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or platform products
• Familiarity with Jira and Pendo
