Description
You will lead KEEN's global social media vision, driving brand heat, cultural relevance, and commercial impact across all channels. This role shapes the brand narrative and builds a social strategy to become the most innovative, regenerative, and trusted footwear brand. You'll build and lead a best-in-class social media team, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Deep expertise in social media, influencer, paid social, and storytelling
- Experience leading global social media strategy and team management
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Direct development of engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee monitoring and response protocols for timely, brand-consistent engagement
- Manage influencer relationship strategies and agency partnerships
- Provide strategic leadership for social media vision and comprehensive strategy
- Track and report social media performance metrics (sentiment, reach, engagement, conversion)
