You'll lead Enhanced Direct Enrollment product strategy for federal healthcare programs, defining the roadmap and backlog. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary Product Owner for EDE capabilities.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and integration teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or healthcare platforms.
• Strong Agile product backlog and roadmap management skills.
