🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation and scheduling
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and training of new staff
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement operational improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Previous assistant manager experience
• Food safety certification
