Description

You will design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects in sectors like education, healthcare, and corporate commercial. You'll use Revit and energy modeling software to create construction drawings and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team under the guidance of a licensed engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Revit and Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus
• Current PE preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform design of ductwork, piping, and equipment selection for HVAC systems
• Calculate heating/cooling loads and layout ductwork using energy modeling software
• Prepare Revit/BIM models of HVAC systems from schematic design to construction administration
• Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract documents
• Interface with clients and project team, attend OAC meetings
