💼 About This Role

You'll lead security initiatives embedding secure-by-design principles across all platforms and products in a hybrid role based in London. You'll focus on building scalable tooling for automated detection and response and mentor junior engineers. This is an individual contributor role that blends architectural leadership with hands-on engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build security solutions for cloud-native environments
• Develop autonomous security agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Design automated IAM, data encryption, and threat detection capabilities
• Lead incident response and provide expert analysis for internal investigations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering or cloud security in SaaS environments
• Experience building with LLM APIs or agentic frameworks
• Deep technical proficiency in cloud security and IAM
• Expertise in Secure SDLC and DevSecOps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-specific threats like prompt injection
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Prior experience in a lead or principal role
