You are responsible for team leadership, performance reviews, onboarding, and defining best practices for campaign management.

• Strong strategic and operational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 4 campaign managers
• Conduct employee interviews, goal setting, and performance reviews
• Promote knowledge sharing, training, and individual career development
• Onboard new team members and ensure effective integration
• Define best practices, processes, and quality standards for campaign management
