As a Lead Production Scheduler for Starship, you will drive efficient production scheduling by leading a team to create prioritized work orders, rate-based timelines, and constraint tracking. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shortages, mitigate risks, and support scalable production for future missions.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of production schedulers
• Proficiency in SQL for querying MRP systems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage hardware allocation and capacity analysis
• Experience in high-rate manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Schedulers to develop and maintain rate-based schedules for Starship hardware
• Guide scheduling scenarios for optimal hardware allocation between new and refurbished units
• Partner with production and supply chain teams to set daily/weekly goals for work centers
• Mentor team in fostering internal supplier relationships and negotiating priorities
• Oversee MRP system monitoring using SQL queries to identify hardware shortages and resolve them
