🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders on hiring strategies
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments
• Manage candidate journey from application to onboarding
• Navigate multiple ATS systems for efficient tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, mostly in-house
• Proven delivery of TA strategy and hands-on recruitment
• Experience hiring across different functions
• Detail-oriented with multiple system management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Bancassurance, Operations, or Product Management
• Hands-on with Greenhouse or SuccessFactors ATS
