🎯 What You'll Do

• Design mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers.
• Make evidence-based design decisions using research and data.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Advanced Figma skills with component libraries and prototyping.
• Experience working in agile teams with developers and researchers.
• Ability to use research and analytics to inform design decisions.
