🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee finances, business development, and operations of the group
• Lead design standards and ensure quality across all projects
• Manage client relationships and grow market share in aviation
• Mentor and develop team members to elevate design capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in interior design
• Proven client relationships in the Aviation market
• Prior experience leading a team or studio
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• NCIDQ Certification
• Proposals experience
