Description

You will manage daily operations of delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, triage member and provider issues, support cost-saving initiatives, and collaborate on process improvements. You'll serve as an internal expert and point of triage for internal teams and external vendor partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years cross-functional stakeholder management
• 2+ years end-to-end project management
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience (bonus)
• 1+ years financial analysis and large data set experience (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Be internal expert on program operations and drive strategic initiatives and cost containment
• Implement contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy and cost management objectives
• Utilize data and competitor strategies to inform negotiation and contracting decisions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to triage and manage claims, member, and provider issues
