You'll join Sierra's legal team, structuring and negotiating commercial contracts including SaaS and technology licenses. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, negotiate, and advise on SaaS subscription agreements
• Develop templates, playbooks, and workflows for efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams
• Train and mentor junior legal team members

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience with law firm and in-house mix
• Strong background in SaaS commercial contracts
• Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup
