You will lead automation efforts for water infrastructure, optimizing PLC logic and HMI screens for ultra-pure water, industrial wastewater, and zero liquid discharge plants. Your work ensures peak efficiency and safety to support critical production targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years professional experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
• 2+ years experience programming/troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Modify and optimize PLC logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens) for system reliability
• Design and deploy HMI screens and alarm management using Ignition
• Diagnose root causes of complex electrical and controls failures
• Perform precise PID loop tuning for critical process variables
• Lead I&C integration for new equipment installs and commissioning
