You will oversee biostatistics contributions to clinical validation projects and foster a high-performing collaborative environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct a team of biostatisticians, managing deliverables and growth
• Oversee biostatistics contributions to oncology product clinical validation
• Lead development of novel statistical approaches and simulations
• Produce and standardize documentation for cross-functional stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics
• Strong knowledge of survival analysis, censoring, and advanced oncology statistics
• Proven track record in mentoring and developing junior staff
