💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding team at Plaud to build the next-gen AI work companion from scratch. You'll own zero-to-one frontend development with an AI-supercharged workflow using Claude Code. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape human-AI interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create new frontend features from scratch with full ownership
• Drive design decisions and choose technical approaches
• Collaborate with AI tools like Claude Code for accelerated development
• Occasionally handle pragmatic backend work to unblock shipping

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years of web front-end development experience
• Proficient in React technology stack
• Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Full-stack experience with Next.js and Node.js
• Complex interactive applications like drawing boards or collaborative tools
• AI engineering or machine learning project experience
